新概念英语:指示代词

　　1.指示代词单数有this, that等。复数有these, those等。

　　2.指示代词在句中

　　a.可作主语:This (That) is a plane.

　　这(那)是一架飞机。

　　b.可作宾语: You can put this(those) on the desk.

　　你可把这(些)东西(双方都知道的事物)放在桌上。

　　c.可作定语:These books are mine.

　　这些书是我的。

　　d.可作表语:The coat your brother talks about is this(that).

　　你兄弟说的衣服就是这件。

　　注，前面提到的东西，英语中常用that (those)表示，汉语中却常用“这”表示。
　　如:That's why he was late.这就是他迟到的原因。
